I've always felt like too much. Labelled a "Chatterbox" by teachers and "bossy" by boys, I grew up to become that perfect, straight As daughter, working their butt off. I was always doing overtime at multiple jobs. Always the one planning the parties.
Then the inevitable happened and I burnt out in University, ending up in A&E one night, riddled with anxiety and daily panic attacks.
I had to unlearn this performance I thought people wanted from me. The people-pleasing ran bone deep, but I've learnt that to the right people we can never be too much. And dream clients only want MORE of who we really are.
They want our most raw, unfiltered, irreplaceable self. The unpolished version, free from any AI tampering. Because that's where the magic lies. We are more than enough, so let's go shout loud & proud about how we can help others with our superpower skills.
