Based in Oxfordshire, England, I’m living my best countryside life with my fiancé, George, and our bouncy fox red labrador, Richard.
Certified in Social Media Management, Digital Advertising and Inbound Marketing, I also have a first class Fine Art Degree.
I'm your classic scorpio: passionate, loyal and creative. I believe in authenticity over perfection & dreams over being realistic.
My favourite place to travel is the Greek Islands, where I have visited a handful of times now and endlessly daydream about.
When I finally step away from the laptop you’ll find me rewatching a comfort show, bingeing another romantasy book, catching up on the latest Taylor Swift conspiracies or cuddling the pooch.
I spent 18 months running Marketing for a multi 6 figure Female Coach, helping her scale to £45k months, before diving full-time into Social Han.
In 2022, I went all in on Social Han, to find myself fully booked within 6 weeks. It's been one hell of a rollercoaster ever since and I'm proud to brag about the dream team of expert ladies (10 and growing!!) in the agency including a copywriter, content creator, tech specialist, launch expert, data analyst, social media manager, virtual assistant and more.
Over the years we have amplified hundreds of females coaches and service-providers, to become the No.1 Industry Expert with multiple 5-figure launches. I am all about marketing that feels FUN, content that actually CONVERTS and strategies that are SIMPLE.

I've always felt like too much. Labelled a "Chatterbox" as a kid, I grew up to become that perfectionist kid getting As and working their butt off. I was always doing overtime at multiple jobs and the one planning the parties, social butterfly-ing so hard because I had total FOMO.
Then the inevitable happened and I burnt out in University, ending up in A&E one night, riddled with daily panic attacks. I know now I was just a confident introvert wearing an extroverts' skin.
The people-pleasing ran bone deep, but I've learnt that to the right people we can never be too much. And dream clients only want MORE of you.
They want our most raw, unfiltered, irreplaceable self. Because that's where the magic lies. We are more than enough, so let's go shout loud & proud about how we can help others with our superpower skills.
